EWI-010 Acrylic Render

Acrylic Render EWI-010 is our best-value render. Given its ability to retain colour pigments, even after prolonged exposure to UV, it has great renown as a coloured render and achieving a stand-out finish. This is the perfect render if strength, crack resistance and durability are key priorities. Available in a range of grain sizes, including 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm and 3mm, Acrylic Render can be formulated to your desired textured finish.
Intended Uses
Unlike our dry-mix renders, Acrylic Render is a ready-to-use render. It is very versatile as it is suitable for use on brick, concrete, traditional plasters, gypsum substrates and chipboard. Acrylic Render is also available in thousands of colours, catering to every taste. While suitable for interior and exterior surfaces, this render is not recommended for use on Mineral Wool external wall insulation systems.
Application Conditions
Application and setting temperature: from +5°C to +25°C.
Product should be applied in temperate weather and should not be used in temperatures above 30°C. Likewise, if the materials or the substrate are frozen, or if there is any risk of frost damage within the first 24 hours, work should be postponed.

EWI-050 Mosaic Render

Mosaic Render is a ready-to-use decorative render. Due to its inclusion of quartz aggregate, it is renowned for being particularly strong, durable and waterproof. This makes it ideal for application below the DPC where impact resistance and splash-proofing are essential, or simply as a decorative feature. Available in white, black and grey, the render not only looks distinct but offers a high-performing, long-lasting finish. Mosaic Render has a quarts aggregate grain size of 1.8mm, offering a textured as well as decorative finish.
Intended Uses
Mosaic Render is made up of coloured quartz aggregate held within a transparent acrylic resin binder. The render is designed to be applied by hand or spray equipment for a granular texture. Mosaic Render is suitable for application on concrete substrates, mineral undercoats, gypsum plasterboards and fibreboards as well as reinforcement layers in EPS external wall insulation systems.

EWI-060 Mineral Render

Owing to its extremely fast drying time and excellent performance, this is the most effective render choice if you live in a cold or rainy climate. This render requires painting afterwards with our silicone paint to seal the system and protect it against the elements. Mineral Render is a dry-mix render. This product is designed to be either applied by hand or mechanically as part of an EWI or render-only system. The render must be sealed with an approved silicone external masonry paint to ensure optimum product performance.

EWI-090 Monocouche Render

The EWI-090 Monocouche Render is a high-performance cement-based, through-coloured scratch render. The decorative render is designed with water-repellence, breathability, and durability in mind. Also, the EWI-090 is used on both larger commercial or residential projects, and suitable for concrete, clay, block, and brick substrates.

Monocouche Scratch Render is a thick coat render that is applied in two passes. The material base is comprised of premium quality Portland cement, hydrated lime, polymers and modifying admixtures. This delivers enhanced adhesive properties, ensuring a flexible and crack-resistant finish is achieved.
Intended Uses
Monocouche Render EWI-090 is a low-maintenance product that achieves a natural stone-like appearance for a long-lasting decorative finish. EWI-090 is available in six main colours and comes pre-tinted in a dry mix.
Application Conditions
Setting temperature:+5°C to +25°C
Do not apply if frost is forecast within 24 hours, in wet conditions or when humidity is above 85%
Do not apply to elevations that are hot or below 5°C and or in direct sunlight.
The render must be protected against heavy rain, direct sun and wind in the first 24 hours after application.
